Christmas menu

 

· Puree soup: pumpkin cooked in cream with turmeric. Served with garlic bread and fresh herbs. V

 Cabbage and carrots fried in duck fat and served with roses made of pork, fresh   berries, onion, sauce, fennel and blood sausages.

· Red cabbage stewed in wine with spices

· Pork leg baked in dark beer

· Goose stuffed with apples and orange grated wormwood.

· Boiled potato knödel with parsley.

· Christmas cookies with whipped cream, jam, cinnamon

· Home made Glögg: vegetables cooked in red wine with spices.
